Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Bihar on August 19, 2026, issued a notification regarding conversion of Bihar B.Ed. Colleges into Multidisciplinary Degree Colleges.

The following has been stated: -

•This Bihar Gazette resolution (August 19, 2026) outlines the transition of over 300 stand-alone B.Ed. teacher-education institutions across the state into multidisciplinary degree colleges, following the guidelines of NEP 2020 and NCTE.
