Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) on August 20, 2026, issued notification to amend notification no. S.O. 2701(E) dated May 29, 2026, related to the Exempted Employers to Pay Inspection Charges.

In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), in issue No. 2608, vide No. S.O. 2701(E) dated May 29, 2026, in page 2, in line 31, for “0.35” read “0.18”.
