The Finance Department, Govt. of Rajasthan, on August 13, 2026, issued an amendment to the Rajasthan VAT notification – Replacement of Certificate with Declaration Form.
The Government has amended its older notification No. F.12(63)FDlTax/2005-27, dated April 28, 2006, under Section 9(2) read with Section 51 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2025, with effect from August 15, 2026. The amendment replaces the requirement under Condition 3 to submit “a certificate in the form appended hereto” with a requirement to submit a Declaration Form in FORM VAT-EXM-01. Consequently, the existing prescribed Certificate has been deleted, thereby shifting the compliance requirement to the newly prescribed declaration form.
